About BUILDING INDUSTRY COLLECTIVE

Building Industry Collective is a professional networking community created to bring together building engineers, facility leaders, asset managers, and property managers across North Texas.

Our goal is simple: create opportunities for meaningful connection, collaboration, and shared learning — without the noise.

We believe the strongest professional relationships are built face-to-face, through conversation, experience, and trust. Our events are designed to be approachable, informative, and relevant to the real challenges faced by professionals in the field.

Why We Exist

The built environment depends on strong collaboration between building engineers, facility managers and their teams — yet many professionals lack a consistent, approachable forum to connect outside of their day-to-day projects.

Building Industry Collective was created to fill that gap.

Our events are designed to be practical, welcoming, and relevant to the real challenges faced by professionals in the field. Whether through informal networking gatherings, educational sessions, or industry and community events, our focus remains on bringing people together in ways that are valuable, professional, and relationship-driven.
